Tracking Your Order

​

You will receive a tracking number on your order receipt, which you can use to track your package and the date of arrival.  Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be activated.

Every order processed within Australia will receive a tracking number link included in the shipping confirmation email, once the order has been processed for shipping. Every international customer will receive a tracking number link included in the shipping confirmation email, once the order has been processed for shipping.

Lost or Late Parcels

Once delivery has been confirmed, Elsi and Archie is not liable for any lost or late parcels. In an unfortunate case where a parcel is lost please contact Australia Post (13 76 78).

Customs & Duties

​

All prices stated on Elsi and Archie Website are in Australian Dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties. This may be charged to your purchase upon entry into your country. Elsi and Archie is not responsible for any customs or duties payable. 

​

All applicable taxes, custom fees & duties are to be paid by the customer and differ between countries. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders and Elsi and Elsi will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We ask that before you purchase you check your destination taxes, customs fees & duties as well as its rules & regulations for importing foreign goods so you are aware of the charges.

If the item was not collected by you & was returned to us, you will be required to pay the full rate of the shipping for re-delivery and the duty tax, fees & duties for re-import of your items. If your duty tax is more than the value of your swimwear, we will abandon the package.
