Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits
Elsi and Archie will happily accept returns for exchange or store credit only (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise. Items will only be accepted as a return or exchange if the merchandise is faulty, or there is a manufacturing fault. Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us at within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The swimwear must be unworn with original liner and tags attached. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging. To complete your return for exchange or store credit, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges and Credits
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged with any same priced item or returned for store credit. All sale items are final. No refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. Exchanges and store credits will be processed within one business week.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
